Business Development executive
Primary Objectives:
We are seeking a sales-driven and enterprising Vietnamese Business Development Executive to join our team in Albania. In this role, you will be the key link between our Albanian operations and the Vietnamese market. You will identify potential business opportunities across the Asia region, driving unique value propositions that translate strategic goals into actionable insights and recommendations.
Language Requirements
- Vietnamese: Native or bilingual proficiency.
- English: Full professional proficiency.
- As you will be managing the Vietnamese market directly from our office in Albania, excellent communication in both languages is essential.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Develop the business development and partnerships roadmap for 4ibac by identifying new and potential relationships to generate leads in Vietnam and the broader Asia region.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth and market penetration by executing strategies to enhance market presence and expand the customer base.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential partners/clients, establishing positive long-term relationships with all stakeholders.
- Sales Pitches: Formulate proposal decks and professional sales pitches to promote 4ibac’s business solutions to target accounts.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in software solutions sales and business services.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Modeling & Simulation or Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
- Education: Strong background in Engineering or Computer Science (candidates with significant experience in software sales without a technical degree are also encouraged to apply).
- Presentations: Ability to perform software demos and technical presentations tailored to specific customer requirements.

- Consultative Approach: A solutions-oriented sales style focused on customer needs.
- Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation abilities in cross-cultural environments.
